Coach was receiving thousands of damaged products from customers hoping for repair, but many were beyond saving and destined for write-off.

We saw a different opportunity: give the brand permission to reimagine them, not repair them.

Working across design, supply chain, and marketing, we built a model that paired unrepairable inventory with creative freedom, then layered in the storytelling that turned each piece into a one-of-a-kind.

The collection launched on Coach.com and sold out immediately, establishing a repeatable framework that now informs how other brands build their own resale programs.
